🐃🔥BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS 🔥🐃 & vegan blue cheeze dip 🤤

📖Recipe (serves 3-4)

🧡For the wings…

•95g flour
•1tsp paprika
•2tsp garlic granules
•1tsp onion powder
•1tsp salt
•1/2tsp pepper
•180ml plant milk
•1 cauliflower head – broken into florets
•100g buffalo sauce
•2tbsp vegetable oil
•1tbsp agave nectar

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) and line a baking tray.
2. Mix together the flour, paprika, garlic granules, onion powder, salt and pepper.
3. Add the plant milk and whisk into a batter.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and coat them all evenly.
5. Place the florets onto the lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
6. Whilst they bake, mix together the buffalo sauce, vegetable oil and agave nectar.
7. Coat the cauliflower florets in the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
8. Serve fresh with the vegan blue cheeze dip, carrots and celery.

🧀For the vegan blue cheeze dip…

•250g vegan mayonnaise
•1tbsp dijon mustard
•1tsp garlic granules
•1tsp onion granules
•2tbsp tahini
•1tbsp cider vinegar
•2tbsp lemon juice
•1tbsp agave nectar
•15g nutritional yeast
•1tsp salt
•60g crumbles firm tofu
•Chopped fresh chives

1. Whisk the vegan mayonnaise, mustard, garlic & onion granules, tahini, cider vinegar, lemon juice, agave nectar, nutritional yeast and salt together in a bowl.
2. Crumble in the tofu and whisk again.
3. Serve in a small bowl and garnish with chives 😚
