👩🏼‍🍳Jammie Dodger Flapjacks…

Ingredients (makes 16)…
125g light brown sugar
100g golden syrup
175g vegan butter block
325g oats
300g vegan white choc
75g raspberry jam
16 mini jammie dodgers

Method:
1. Melt the light brown sugar, vegan butter and golden syrup in a pan on a medium heat.
2. Once melted, pour over the oats and mix.
3. Transfer the mixture into a lined 8” x 8” tin and press down.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 mins or until the edges begin to brown.
5. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
6. Melt the vegan white choc on a double boiler and pour over the cooled flapjacks.
7. Melt the jam by microwaving for 15 secs.
8. Spoon dollops of the melted jam into the white chocolate and swirl around with a knife.
9. Top with the mini jammie dodgers and then leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
10. Cut into slices and enjoyyy 💓
