For the Bombay potatoes:
1. Chop and boil the potatoes
2. Once boiled, fry them off in oil with sliced onion
3. Once browned, add garlic, ginger, tumeric, mustard seeds and season
4. Stir through some spinach
The raita was grated cucumber, coconut yogurt and mint sauce and the salsa was tomatoes, chilli and coriander πŸ‘πŸΌ
