✨❣️Jammie Dodger Blondies❣️✨

Gooey white chocolate blondies, swirled with raspberry jam and topped with the born-again-vegan jammie dodgers! 😻 Inspo: allthingsveganuk 😊

👩🏼‍🍳 RECIPE:
• Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan) and line a 8”-9” baking tin.
1. Mix 1 and 1/4 cup of plain flour with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder.
2. Melt 200g of vegan white chocolate.
3. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup plant milk (I used soya) and the melted chocolate to the dry mix… and then combine.
4. Fold in 50g vegan white chocolate buttons.
5. Pour into your lined baking tin and dollop 3tbsp of melted jam on top of the mixture, and then swirl the jam around with a butter knife.
6. Place mini Jammie Dodgers on top and put in the oven for 35-40mins, or until a knife comes out clean.
7. Cool. Slice. Enjoy! 😋

  1. Too cute for words!! Would happily eat one right now!! Have you heard of lupin flakes? They’re one of the richest natural source of protein and fibre but low carbs. You can use up to 50% to replace other flours in your vegan recipes. 😋🌱 😋🌱
