🥘🌶 Red Lentil, Butternut Squash and Kale Dhal with Homemade Chapatis 🌶🥘 I ed the bosh.tv recipe for the dhal, and topped with alpro plain yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh coriander 🤤. All together, this dish is packed full of plant proteins, micronutrients and 4 of your 5 a day! The chapatis are super easy and quick to make: mix together 140g wholemeal flour and 140g white flour with 1tsp of salt and 2tbsp of olive oil 🥣. Gradually add warm water and combine, until an elastic dough is formed. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 mins, then cut and roll into 10 balls. Heat up a lightly greased pan until it is smoking and then roll out the dough balls into thin rounds and fry each one for a couple minutes on each side 🤗.
