🍫🍯Vegan Biscoff Tiffin🍯🍫

Crushed biscuits, raisins and cocoa powder topped with a layer of marbled biscoff spread & chocolate!🍪😻 If you have a sweet tooth this is the one for you; and this no-bake recipe couldn’t be any easier 🥳

👩🏼‍🍳Recipe:
1. Line a square tin with baking paper.
2. Melt 150g of vegan butter/spread, 3tbsp of caster sugar, 3tbsp of golden syrup and 6tsp of cocoa powder on the hob.
3. Into this, mix 125g of crushed lotus biscoff biscuits, 100g of digestives and 100g of raisins.
4. Transfer this mixture to the lined tin and press it all down.
5. Melt 150g of vegan milk chocolate and pour on top.
6. Melt 100g of vegan white chocolate, then pour it on top of the milk chocolate and marble with a fork.
7. Melt 2tbsp of biscoff spread, by microwaving for 1 minute, and then put dollops of that on top of the marbled chocolate.
8. Swirl the biscoff through the marbled chocolate using a knife and then top with crumbled biscoff biscuits.
9. Leave to harden in the fridge for about 2 hours and then slice 💚
